Delivery Policy
Free Delivery and Fitting Service anywhere in London (Minimum purchase requirements apply).
Delivery will only be made to the billing address specified on the original order.
Delivery appointments are available during the following allocated times: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, Friday and Saturday and within the 10am to 6pm.
If you require to cancel or change your delivery date, please let us know at least 1 day before, failure to this will result in re-delivery charge.
On the delivery date one hour prior to delivery, personnel will call to notify that they are coming. Failure to be at home at the agreed delivery time will incur a re-delivery charge.
If you decide to book a delivery date for your order, please let us know minimum 3 days before hand so an appropriate date can be arranged.
We cannot collect or dispose of your existing furniture; we cannot remove or dispose of any packaging.
